The physicians and nurse practitioners at Cardiac Study Center routinely request laboratory tests to monitor your current blood lab values, for example cholesterol, kidney and liver function, complete blood counts and all other pertinent lab values to ensure you are getting the best cardiac care possible. The results of your laboratory tests are available to you within one to two weeks. We generally send your results in a lab letter once we receive them unless there is an immediate concern in which one of our nurses or physicians will call you.
